The Story
Three people who had spent enough time in bad rooms. Not bad work, bad rooms. That is a trade a lot of people accept without ever noticing they made it.
So they left and started their own thing, with one rule underneath it: only work with nice people. Then they put the office on the Strand in Manhattan Beach, which tells you how serious they were about the rest of it.
What We Made
A logo, a full identity system, and the site it all lives on.
The name is the vibe, so the mark had to feel like a place rather than a category. The harder part was holding both halves of them at once: performance marketing that runs at real scale, and a company that will turn down work when the people are wrong.
The brand had to look like it could handle your budget and still sound like somebody you would want to have a beer with.

The Outcome
Mostly just happy clients.
Which reads like a soft outcome until you remember it was the entire point. They built a company around not dreading Monday, and the brand had one job, which was to not get in the way of that.
